Our policy emphasizes the principles of openness, accessibility, proper attribution, and legal redistribution of works in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) license.

Authors declare that manuscripts submitted to BPSosek will be published under the CC BY-SA license, without full transfer of copyright to the journal. The author retains copyright, while BPSosek obtains non-exclusive rights to publish, distribute, and archive the manuscript in various forms and media, both currently and in the future.

Authors also understand that BPSosek relies on this license agreement to process and publish articles. However, this agreement automatically expires if the manuscript is not published by BPSosek. BPSosek supports the uploading of articles to third-party repositories, as long as it complies with institutional and funding agency requirements. The author guidelines contain detailed information on copyright, licensing, and author responsibilities so that authors fully understand their rights and obligations in open scientific publishing. Through this policy, BPSosek creates a collaborative ecosystem that encourages openness, responsible knowledge sharing, and respect for the intellectual property rights of authors and the scientific community.
