Universitas Halu Oleo is the official owner and publishing institution of the International Journal of Agricultural Social Economics and Rural Development (IJASERD, e-ISSN: 2774-9126). The ownership, stewardship, and operational management of the journal are carried out under the authority of the Department of Agribusiness, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Halu Oleo, which serves as the academic unit responsible for overseeing the journal’s administration, editorial coordination, and publication processes. This information is clearly provided to ensure complete transparency for authors, reviewers, editors, and readers regarding the entity that legitimately owns and manages the journal.

The editorial operations of IJASERD are conducted independently by the appointed editorial team, who exercise full autonomy over manuscript evaluation, peer review, and editorial decision-making.
